In the cutting department, colleagues ensure that the webbing is cut and all the materials needed to produce a product are collected. In our spacious cutting department, which is accessible by stairs or elevator, thousands of meters of webbing pass through the cutting machines every day. In recent years, we have invested heavily in advanced machines that accelerate and simplify the webbing cutting process. For example, the webbing rolls are automatically rolled up, cut, and stapled.    

This department also handles printing on tie-down straps. High-quality equipment ensures you can expect the best print quality from us. After you approve the digital proof, we'll get to work. Printing on our webbing uses a technique where the dye is sprayed into the webbing. This creates a beautiful, durable print. We always print with black ink. Prefer a different color? After collecting all the materials, the order is prepared for the next department: the clothing department.
