Our customer service department is the direct point of contact for Heco Cargo Control. Our dedicated colleagues are happy to assist you with advice and support. Do you have a question about a product or a quote request? No problem, we're happy to help! You can also contact us to request a digital proof (for printing tie-down straps). Our customer service colleagues will also ensure that your order is processed correctly and quickly. 

After placing your order (preferably by email), you'll receive an order confirmation as soon as possible. This is the first step in the production process. The labels for the straps are then printed, and the order is handed over to the next department. Do you have any special requests, such as a private label or a specific packaging method? Let us know, and we'll take care of it.
